A 15-minute Zoom call with an advisor: your goals, the right path, and your financing options. No pressure.
No. The only prerequisite: a passion for organizing events or the drive to launch a project. The program starts from zero and takes you all the way to launch.
Yes. Every class is live online in the evening, so you can follow the program from anywhere in North America.
Evening classes from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. ET, twice a week, over 13 weeks. Plan for a few extra hours a week to advance your own event project.
That is exactly how it was designed. Classes are live, two evenings a week, about six hours in total. Most of our students work full-time through the entire program. And if life gets in the way one week, your coaches and the community are there to help you get back on track.
Anyone passionate about events who wants to build a career or launch a business. No diploma or prior experience is required. Your admissions call confirms the fit.
Pay in full or spread the cost over monthly instalments. Several financing options exist, and your advisor reviews the ones you qualify for during the free consultation.
Yes. On completion you receive the official Zoom Academy certificate for the Event Planning Program, backed by 19 years of graduates. It’s a credential clients and employers recognize.
A completed business plan, a live web page, your brand creatives, finished visuals for your ads and socials, a Google Ads proposal, your complete event project built in class, and your certificate.
Launch your own event business, work in-house for a company, join an agency, a festival or a non-profit, or freelance as a coordinator on large productions.
A single wedding bills between $3,000 and $10,000. A corporate contract — gala, conference, product launch — runs $15,000 to $40,000, and those clients come back every year.
