So here is the deal, in plain language: if you do the work and implement the strategies we give you, and you still haven't signed your first event contract within 6 months of graduating, we refund 100% of your tuition. And you keep everything we built for you: the web page, the branding, the ad creatives, all of it.
We can offer this for one simple reason. When students implement the method, it works. The only scenario where this guarantee gets used is the one where we failed you, and if that happens, you shouldn't pay. That's the whole philosophy.
Now, the details. Read them. They matter.
Who this applies to
The Launch Guarantee is included with the Accelerator program only. It does not apply to the Professional program on its own.
Why? Because the guarantee is a partnership. On the Accelerator, our team builds your launch assets and coaches you 1:1, so we control enough of the outcome to put our money on it. We can only guarantee the result when we're in the boat with you.
What we promise
If you meet all the conditions in section 3 and you have not signed your first paid event planning contract within 6 months of your graduation date, we will refund 100% of your Accelerator tuition.
You keep your web page, your logo, your business cards and banners, your ad creatives, and your Google Ads proposal. They're yours. We don't take back what we built for you.
Your side of the deal
This guarantee exists for students who do the work. Every condition below is something we teach you, help you with, or build for you. Nothing on this list is extra. It IS the program.
To be eligible, you must:
Complete the program.
- Attend the live classes (or catch up with the replays within the same week), with at least 80% attendance overall
- Complete all 8 modules and their projects
- Present your final pitch at the end of the program
Build your foundation with your coach.
- Attend your scheduled 1:1 coaching sessions
- Complete your business plan and have it reviewed by your coach
- Approve and launch the web page our team builds for you
Implement the strategies. All of them.
- Set up your business's Facebook and Instagram presence and publish your ad creatives as directed in your client acquisition plan
- Implement your Google Ads proposal (campaign set up and launched with the recommended starting budget)
- Execute the first-clients strategy from your coaching: the outreach, the follow-ups, the pitches, as laid out in your plan
- Respond to your coach's check-ins during the 6 months following graduation
Keep proof as you go.
- Keep a simple activity log of your implementation: screenshots of your live campaigns, your outreach messages, your pitch meetings, your follow-ups. We'll give you a template. Five minutes a week is enough.
If reading that list feels like a lot, notice something: it's just the program, done properly. Every student who succeeded did exactly these things. The guarantee doesn't ask for more than the method. It asks for the method.
How the review works
- If you reach the 6-month mark after graduation without a signed contract, you have 30 days to request your guarantee review at admissions@zoomacademy.net.
- Send your proof: your activity log, your campaign screenshots, your outreach records.
- We schedule a review call with you and your coach within 14 days. This call has two purposes: verify the conditions, and honestly, try one more time to find what's blocking you. More than once, the review call itself has turned into the plan that landed the first contract.
- If the conditions are met and the first contract genuinely hasn't happened, your refund is processed within 30 days. Full tuition. No hard feelings. And the assets stay yours.
What this guarantee is not
We want to be straight with you about the edges:
- It does not apply if the program wasn't completed or the strategies weren't implemented (section 3). A plan that stays in a drawer can't be guaranteed.
- It does not apply without proof. We're not asking for perfection, but we can't review what we can't see.
- It does not cover students who became unreachable during the 6 months. The guarantee is a partnership, and partnerships require both people to show up.
- "First contract" means a signed, paid agreement to plan or produce an event for a client. It does not need to be a big contract. It needs to be real.
- This guarantee is separate from the 2-week refund period, which applies to everyone, unconditionally, during the first two weeks of the program.
The honest truth
We don't write these conditions to escape the guarantee. We write them because the guarantee only means something if it's real, and it's only real if it's precise.
We want you to never think about this page again. We want your first contract signed before graduation week is a memory. Our coaches' job, our launch kit, our entire method is built to make this guarantee useless to you.
But if we fail at that, you're protected. That's the deal.
